Ages 16–18 · Born 2007–2009 (U18/U19 combined team)
SE Michigan SC is launching a combined U18/U19 team competing in the National Academy League (NAL). This is a high-level competitive program for older youth players looking to develop in a serious environment. Players born 2007, 2008, or 2009 are eligible.

Seasons & Leagues
Three competitive seasons annually
Fall Season
Teams are placed in either WSSL (Wayne & Surrounding Soccer League) or MSPSP (Michigan State Premier Soccer Program) based on team strength and competitive level. Placement is evaluated by our coaching staff prior to the season.
Spring Season
As with the Fall, teams are assigned to WSSL or MSPSP based on their competitive level. A team may play in the same league both seasons or move between leagues depending on development and performance.
Winter Futsal
All teams participate in Indoor Futsal during the Winter season. Futsal is a cornerstone of player development at SE Michigan SC — the fast-paced, small-sided format sharpens technical skills, first touch, and decision-making for every player.
League Placement Note: League assignment (WSSL or MSPSP) is not determined by season — it is determined by each team's competitive strength. A team may compete in WSSL for both Fall and Spring, or in MSPSP for both, or move between leagues as the team develops. Winter Futsal is universal for all teams.
Program Structure
What every SE Michigan SC player can expect
Training Schedule
Players train twice per week under the guidance of our experienced coaching staff. Sessions are structured to develop technical ability, tactical awareness, and physical conditioning.
Competitive Match Play
Each season features a full match schedule. For Fall and Spring, teams are placed in either WSSL or MSPSP based on competitive strength — not the season itself. Winter is always Indoor Futsal for all teams.
Tournaments & State Cup
Tournament participation and State Cup entry are determined on a per-team basis. Associated fees are separate from the seasonal registration fee and will be communicated by your team's coaching staff.
